This is a place you would send your wife for an honest quote and never have to think twice. I brought my jeep in for a diagnostic and in my opinion they went above and beyond. They were completely honest to say the issue is not their expertise, but referred me to an expert. They gave me the tools I needed to do my own research into the issue and try to source affordable parts. When I think about honesty and integrity I very seldom think of a mechanic, until now. I will refer my friends and family - even if they’re not in Winston as it’s worth the drive / tow cost. There’s a reason they have 4.9 stars and somehow that feels low for the quality of services they provide. Great people all around.

My car started giving me trouble driving as I was leaving work so I pulled in to West End. Ralph and his guys were amazing. They looked at my car and had it done later that day! I would definitely recommend them!

Ralph fixed my daughter’s car and made me feel very comfortable even though they are a 19 hour drive away from me. Great price, no pushing for unnecessary repairs. Just honest assessment and straight forward pricing. Even fixed something somebody else screwed up that wasn’t in his estimate, and didn’t charge anything extra. I’d definitely have my daughter go back if she wasn’t graduating. Peace of mind for any daddy whose child is far away at college. #feelingblessedintexas

Always a great experience! Everyone is friendly, honest, and trustworthy. Truly a customer first business and I know I am getting exceptional service. Can't thank John and the team enough for their help. Also love to see them supporting healthcare workers by providing a discount.

I bought a used vehicle and the previous owners didn't change the timing belt when needed. I called this shop and they offered a better estimate than any other place I called. Ralph was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He even offered me a spare vehicle at no charge due to the situation I was in. My vehicle was done in a day which was great. I had purchased new wipers recently and had them in the car to change. Ralph noticed them and changed them for me which was really nice. I plan on using West End Auto as my go-to shop going forward. Ralph and his entire team are fantastic and deserve the positive reviews you're seeing on here.
